Keep tape straight but not tight. Measure over under garments.
Where To Measure A. Chest Width (aka Bust): Over the fullest part of bust and around the under arms.Important: “bust” does not mean bra size; measure fullest part. B. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. C. Neck Opening: Measure around the bottom of the neck. D. Sleeve Length (Long Sleeve Dress Shirts Only): Measure the length from the top stitching on the shoulder to the bottom of the wrist. Aim for hitting your wrist bone with the measuring tape. Be careful not to measure too high above the wrist, or the dress shirt's sleeves will come to be too short.
